Aloha Kids Club; AKC, will explain about our operations & supports procedure in this page.
Application, Registration
- AKC will support clients who would like to enter to schools or programs.
We help you to registration and/or application process. - Our fees are including
- counseling to choose proper schools
- help to fill out documents
- communications beyond borders
- negotiations to school or programs, etc.
Support in Hawaii
- Our staffs in Hawaii supports in Japanese and English.(for now)
- We will help
to
- provide local contact numbers
- make an appointment to doctors for health check.
- arrange school tours or interviews in some schools
- find guardians or host families as necessary.
- make payments of tuition, fees and / or debts.
- We also help our clients to solve some emergency situations such as,
- trouble with schools or programs.
- injuries and /or illness.
- legal troubles.
- troubles of accommodations.
Travel Service and Visa Service
We will provide travel services such as flight arrangements, long-stay accommodations., condominiums, transportation services and various tours.
If you need the assistance to solve any problems which occurred from your own arrangements, please ask us. We are happy to help you at extra costs.
If your sole purpose to come to the US is studying, or if you would like to stay in US over the period of visa waiver programs, you have to apply for proper US visa.
You have to have interview at US Consul General in your country. AKC could not interfere your visa applying process.
Visa applying process should be done by your self.
But, we will help to fill your applications or introduce some lawyers.
Responsibility
AKC is helping our clients to enter schools or programs. We do NOT provide any school programs or any service in schools by ourselves.
Therefore, we are NOT responsible to any damages from the incidents listed below.
- Changes of conditions or cancellation, part or all of programs by supplier's reasons.
- Any damages occurred from client's intentional or un-intentional misconducts.
- Filling out of requested school's or program's capacity.
- Troubles with schools, programs and/or their employees.
- Troubles with other students.
- Unable to continue schools or programs due to client's physical or mental conditions.
- Any problems form delay of incoming or outgoing mails
- When clients are unable to enter US.
- discovery of false or misled facts.
Travel Insurance
Many schools and programs are requesting to present proof of insurance.
Medical expenses with insurance could accumulated to astronomical figures.
We strongly recommended to buy your travel insurance.
