Premium Service Includes
- unlimited free dispatch for troubles in school.
- unlimited free dispatch for troubles in condominiums.
- one each free dispatch for troubles to police, court or hospital
- unlimited free translation service through telephone.

Conditions
- Premium Service has to be ordered before travel to Hawaii.
- Regular service area is limited from Honolulu downtown to Kahala,
- We will charge additional fees for service outside area such as North Shore or another island.
- We will charge actual expense when we have to reimburse payments to the governments, parking, etc..
- We will charge additional fees if you have trouble with school or condominiums ordered not through us.
- We will charge additional fees for each additional limited dispatch.
- Clients are responsible for any phone charges through translation service
Summer School
Help register to summer schools, plus will escort your family to program site on first day or earlier.

- Sibling discount is available. Service charge for each additional child will be half of original fees.
- Service fees for parent's language school will be discounted to $100 each, if you have ordered children's summer schools.
- We will escort your family to the site on first day. Sometimes, this service will be done days before.
- Repeater discount will be applied to the family who have attended to same program through us. We will NOT escort your family to the site.
- Please add $100 for schools in Maui and other islands
- Service charges listed above is limited to the families who's accommodation is in Waikiki area. Please ask additional charges for outer areas.

Different service charges will applied for VISA application support.

- Total rent will not include deposit or cleaning fees.
Dispatch Fees
Additional fees will be charged if our staff has been dispatched for emergency.
- Injuries or illness
- Room damage from water, fire or disaster
- Trouble in school or program, meeting with teachersい
- Police report or court appearance.
- Other emergencies

Payments
Service charges, tuition or other fees will be informed in advance.
Please make payments as instructed.
Payment method will be by credit cards or wire transfers.
Clients are responsible for bank charges.
