Cancellation of schools or programs
Following charges are non refundable

- Our Service Fees
Other charges will be refunded according to following chart. We will let you know about irregular charges before any payments occur.

- Some suppliers have stricter policies.
- There is no refund if school or program supplier decided to terminate your stay in the program in some reason.
Additional fees will be charged if you need alternative programs.
Change of school or program
Additional fees will be charged, if you would like to change periods, start dates, courses or programs after your first payment.
Cancellation of Hotels and Condominiums
